About
Sustainimals
Sustainimals’ founder, Julia Nachman, has always loved animals, both real and stuffed. Growing up, she and her brother used to spend hours playing with their stuffed animals, giving them elaborate names, personalities, and back stories. As an adult, Julia never lost her love for stuffed animals, and set out to to take a product that was so near and dear to her heart, and make it sustainable. Sustainimals creates soft, plush stuffed animals, with sustainability as its guiding principle. Each animal is made from fabric, stuffing, and thread that are Global Recycling Standard 4.0 certified. The animals are CPSIA and ASTM F963 compliant, so they are safe for all ages. Not to mention, they are pretty darn cute!
